David Stoering

I graduated from DMLC in 1967, taught for three and one-half years, then had two jobs --- farming and working for the U.S. Postal Service --- for thrity years. I retired from the U.S.P.S. in 2001, but continue to farm (about 6 miles southeast of New Ulm).

I married Grace Luedtke in 1974, We have two children --- Jessica, professor at the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire, and Josiah, teacher at Immanuel Lutheran School in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. Both are married. Our first grandchild is expected in August.
